Picking up on what I mentioned last week, finding people online is really easier more than ever. So who do you want to find?
Following is a short list of people you may want to ‘touch base’ again.
• birth parents
• former classmates
• lost relatives
• military alumni
• missing people
• old friends
However, before you go and conduct a People Search, you should first ask yourself WHY you want to be in touch with that person again. You should not conduct one for reasons of revenge or to perpetuate a crime for some long ago (perceived?) wrong doing by that person.
Remember that a People Search should result in a ‘happy ending’ for all concerned (i.e., for you and the person you want to find) so do give your reasons for locating someone a long and hard look.
